Yes, it is legal.

We can only ship firearms to FFL Dealers (Federal Firearm License).

If you buy a gun from us and you are not in Illinois, then there is no sales tax collected!

1.  Buy the firearm from JW Specialty Consulting.

2.  Pay for the firearm.

3.  Your local dealer faxes or e-mails us a copy of his FFL (Federal Firearms License).

4.  We ship to your dealer.

5.  Your dealer performs the transfer to you.  A dealer typically charges $20 – $30 for this service.

You should have your transfer dealer lined up prior to purchasing a gun. If you don’t have a local dealer, I can help you find several in your area.
